Patients with Insurance
Direct Billing:
We do accept payment from your primary insurance plan, provided that you have given us complete and accurate information with respect to your coverage. You simply have to pay your deductible (if any) and your co-pay (usually around 20% or 50%) at each appointment. If there is still a balance, we would contact you to arrange for payment.
Patients without Insurance
Payment is expected at each appointment and half down is required prior to major treatment.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Direct Debit,
AMEX and cash.
Fees
Some people have concerns about the fees for the dental services. We are able to offer our patients an estimate prior to treatment. If you like, we can also assist you in predetermining your coverage with your insurance before commencing treatment.
We are open discussing all financial issues so please feel free to bring up any particular concerns.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Weekday appointments cancelled with less than required notice will be subject to a $50 re-booking fee. Saturday appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $100 re-booking fee.
